- Extensive experience in working with corporate law firms, in-house counsel, multinational companies and small- and medium-sized businesses
- Preparation of English- and foreign-language versions of contracts, agreements, correspondence, balance sheets, financial statements and other types of documents used in commercial transactions
- Familiarity with the civil law system through twenty years of working with documents from civil law countries, as well as the completion of one semester at a Mexican law school
- Available to assist with translations used in contractual negotiations by providing timely updates to translations, in accordance with amended source-language documents
- Experienced in preparing memoranda describing the salient points of foreign-language documents, as well as summary/excerpt translations covering the most relevant aspects of those same documents
