- 25 cents per word (rate unchanged since January 1, 2013)
- Same per-word rate applied on all projects, regardless of language combination, difficulty, formatting, etc.
- For translations into Spanish, use of the lower English word count (if subject to determination) as the basis for pricing (an automatic 10-15% discount, given that Spanish uses 10-15% more words than does English)
- Standard payment period of thirty calendar days net (could vary based on the total value of the order and/or if the client is outside of the United States)
- Interpreting services billed at $125 an hour, with a two-hour minimum, plus travel and parking
